Chilly Date Gluten-Free Foods brand was founded in Dubai, 2014. Our motto from the start has been to make Nutritious + Tasty + High-Quality + Affordable food and snacks. Everything is produced in-house in our internationally-certified (ISO, HACCP & Coeliac UK) Production Facility, located in Jebal Ali, Dubai under the Trade License Sweet Connection The Gluten-Free Kitchen; trade license no. 664559. Sweet Connection The Gluten-Free Kitchen is our in-house production facility and is the FIRST registered Gluten-Free company in the UAE founded in 25/Jan/2012. Our famous artisan gluten-free Seed Crackers are made with a combination of nutrient-dense seeds. We offer a variety of delicious flavors, including Rosemary, Onion, and Sesame Seed. Our crackers are perfect for snacking on their own, or paired with dips, spreads, or cheese. We also offer a variety pack, which includes all our delicious flavors. Our guilt-free Fresh Bakes range includes donuts, tarts, savory muffins, cakes, and bread– all made with healthy ingredients. These are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on-the-go. We cater to different dietary needs: our products are gluten-free, keto-friendly, vegan, non-vegan, paleo, high-protein & peanut-free, making them suitable for people with allergies or specific nutritional requirements. We pride ourselves on maintaining the most healthy processes to retain the maximum nutrition in our products. So much so, that we still do not use a gas burner in our production kitchen. All we do is bake or blend, ensuring our products are packed with flavor and nutrients. We use high-quality, natural ingredients and avoid artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and colors. We believe in simplicity and honesty, using only the best ingredients and innovative techniques to create healthy and delicious food options. We are committed to creating food that is not only good for you but also tastes great. We believe that healthy food should be accessible to everyone, and we strive to make our products affordable without compromising on quality. In January 2023, Chilly Date and the Sweet Connection business joined the Vitallea Group, becoming part of a larger variety of nutritional offerings: www.vitallea.com. We added over 55 new products and a new 1000 sqft production facility making our total facility 1,850 sqft that is 100% HACCP and Gluten-Free certified.
