Acceptance of Orders: All orders placed through our website will be confirmed via email. Please note that no order should be considered accepted until you receive a confirmation email from us. We may be unable to accept orders for delivery to certain areas, in which case you will need to collect your order from the nearest collection point.

Delivery Terms & Policies: Our delivery hours are from 1 to 7 pm. Orders are delivered within 24-48hours for deliveries to Dubai. We currently are not delivering to Abu Dhabi & other emirates. Please be advised that during public holidays, there may be extended delivery times, and orders will be dispatched on the subsequent day after the holiday.

Currency: All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams, and we only accept payments in this currency.

Trading License:  Sweet Connection the Gluten-Free Kitchen, a fully licensed company that produces all of our food products. Sweet Connection the Gluten-Free Kitchen is a local company that operates under UAE law. All invoices, receipts, and payment details will be made in the name of Sweet Connection the Gluten-Free Kitchen.

Confidentiality: We value your privacy and will always take reasonable measures to ensure that any information you provide us remains confidential. We will never supply your information to third parties.

Delivery: Our prices include delivery to the front door of your house or office, with additional processing fees applying. Deliveries are made according to our delivery schedule or next-day delivery as requested when you place your order. Payments: You can make payments using Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay via our website's payment gateway. Credit card payments can be made to the delivery person at the time of delivery. For orders with separate invoices raised outside of the website platform, payment can be made via the weblink shared by the company with the customer. All payments must be cleared by the time of delivery.

Refund policy: For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns of food items once sold. In certain cases, we may offer a discount against your next purchase, which will be credited to your Chilly Date account balance. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations due to the perishable nature of our goods.
